How a week works

A gentle rhythm you can keep

Day 1

In Him & The Table

Begin the week at His table. Rest, worship, pray the week's prayer and map the verse that says who you are in Him.

Days 2–6

Read

One New Testament chapter, a psalm or part of one, and a few verses of Proverbs, with a question and space to write.

Day 7

Linger

Lectio Divina: read a short passage slowly, reflect, talk with Jesus and simply enjoy His presence.
