Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which personal data Kingdom Journals collects through kingdomjournals.org, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Kingdom Journals publishes Bible journals and is based in the Netherlands. You can reach us through our contact form.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address and message. We use these only to reply to you.
• Our newsletter. If you sign up, we receive your email address. We use it to send you our newsletter. If you sign up through our page for journal owners, we may also ask you once whether you'd like to leave an honest review. Our email service sends these messages for us, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we keep your address until you unsubscribe.
• Website hosting. Like every website, our hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages safely and protect the site against misuse.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this website, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need to answer your question, and no longer than one year after our last contact.

Links to Amazon and other retailers

When you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, you leave our website. From then on, that retailer's own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it uses to track affiliate purchases.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we have about you, or object to how we use it. Send your request through our contact form. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
